  Delivery is free and guaranteed throughout Switzerland. Our logistics partners deliver your e-bike directly to your home, fully operational and with no additional costs.

• I have questions about my invoice - who can I contact?

  

  If you have questions about your invoice or your e-bike in general, we are happy to help. For specific questions about your bike financing, we recommend contacting Bob Finance directly.

• How long is the warranty on my e-bike and bicycle?

  

  Your e-bike comes with a standard manufacturer's warranty. If your e-bike is damaged, you can report it to our customer service. We'll pick up your bike, repair it, and return it to you. *Some brands can be repaired directly*
