In order to ensure that the financing is granted conscientiously and correctly, we carry out a credit check. This takes between 1-2 working days. As soon as this has been completed, we will inform you immediately.

If the credit check is successful, you will receive the contract including order confirmation for your e-bike installment plan. You can sign the contract easily and securely online - no need to print it out or send it by post!

As soon as we have received all your data, we will send it to our financing partner (swissbilling.ch). In this step, Bob.ch will carry out a final check with the ZEK (Central Office for Credit Information) and if the decision is positive, the contract will be concluded (in accordance with the GTC).

  • I don't understand how 0% interest is possible.

    We work with the financing partner swissbilling.ch und MF Group which enables us to offer you interest-free installment payments.

    In return swissbilling.ch a share of the profit from us. We have deliberately chosen this method to save you extra costs and to enable everyone to switch to e-mobility. Do you have any further questions? We are also happy to answer them by phone!

  • Do I pay the same as if I were to pay everything at once?

    Yes, you don't pay a franc more with monthly installments than if you pay everything at once.

    Our 0% financing offer is completely interest-free for you.

  • How can I calculate the monthly price?

    It's very simple! Take the total price and divide it by the desired term. Example:

    Total price: CHF 4'320.
    Duration of the plan: 36 months
    Monthly installment: CHF 120 (4,320/36)

  • When is the first installment due?

    After signing the contract, the payment slips will reach you within 1-2 weeks. However, the first installment is not due until the 1st of the month after next.
    Example: You sign the contract on October 15 - the first installment will therefore be due on December 1.

  • Will my e-bike be delivered to my home?

    Yes, your e-bike will be delivered to your home fully assembled and ready to ride.

  • Do I have the e-bike according to my plan?

    Yes, you pay the total price of your e-bike over the desired period.
